As a guest services event team member, there will be opportunities to participate in exciting events in the community year-round to support the Atlanta Braves.

Job Description

Responsible for enforcing all rules, regulations, policies and ordinances of SunTrust Park, City of Atlanta, and the State of Georgia. These positions include roving security officers, access control officers and fixed positioned officers. Will work a maximum of 29 hours per week with 8 hour shifts available. Job Description

Responsible for conducting daily tours of SunTrust Park. Includes regularly scheduled walk-up tours, school group tours, corporate, non-profit and other groups; and pre-game VIP tours. This is a year-round position with tours being offered seven days a week during the season and six days during the offseason. The majority of shifts fall between 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., except on game days where tours are offered up until game time, and evening special events.

Qualifications

Applicants must have excellent communication skills, must work well with children and large groups and must be able to walk and talk for the duration of a one-hour, one-mile tour. Tour guides must be knowledgeable about baseball and the Braves, and be able to learn the tour script.

Job Description:
The 50/50 Raffle Supervisor role oversees and manages the in-game 50/50 Raffle fundraiser during all Braves home games. The position is responsible for all program communication and administrative needs, training and oversight of all raffle game day staff and assisting with all game-day related duties for the 50/50 raffle. ATL Breakers perform for fans at Atlanta Braves home games. These team members perform before, during, and after select games at SunTrust Park. The Atlanta Braves are seeking a content assistant to assist in the development and publishing of content for the Hispanic fan base through Los Bravos platforms. The priority focus of this job is specific to the US Hispanic fan; however, this person will also identify opportunities to leverage content in other Latino/Hispanic markets (e.g. Mexico, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, etc.) where appropriate. Job Description

Responsible for enforcing all rules, regulations, policies and ordinances of SunTrust Park, City of Atlanta, and the State of Georgia. These positions include roving security officers, access control officers and fixed positioned officers. Reporting time is a minimum of 2½ hours prior to game time. The Plaza opens 1 hr. early, so some staff members will report a minimum 3½ hours prior to start of game. Security remains at most 1 hour after the game.

Qualifications

One year of security (Military Service, Reputable Security agencies, etc.) or managerial experience is required. P.0.S.T. Certification is a plus. Successful background check required. Must have excellent writing skills (will be asked to write a paragraph explaining why you want the job and your qualifications for this position), must be able to stand for extended periods of time, must be able to navigate ramps & stairs, work game delays and extra innings if needed, must be able to operate a hand-held metal detector, must possess safety awareness, excellent customer service skills and excellent communication skills.
