50/50 Raffle Sellers are responsible for engaging, interacting and building relationships with guests throughout the ballpark to create a positive guest experience while raising funds for the Atlanta Braves Foundation. Braves Breakdancers perform for fans at Atlanta Braves home games. These team members perform before, during, and after select games at SunTrust Park. This role requires the ability to perform high-impact dance moves, interact with fans, perform in front of large crowds, and energize fans. Along with home game appearances, Braves Breakdancers also attend select community events on non-game days to serve as brand ambassadors for the Atlanta Braves.

The Heavy Hitters is a high-energy, performance drum line for the Atlanta Braves that performs for fans at SunTrust Park. Must be polite, articulate, and courteous to all callers at all times. Operators must be able to be attentive to callers/guests, discern their questions/concerns and provide clear and concise information/direction in response. Reporting time for games would be two and a half hours prior to game time. Operators are required to remain at the switchboard for at least one hour after the conclusion of the game. Ability to speak clearly and professionally, ability to multi-task, function under stressful conditions (such as high call volume), strong interpersonal skills (both face to face and telephonic) and the ability to accurately and consistently log and pass on information. Grounds Crew

Job Description

Assist in maintaining an excellent playing surface for the players. May work with Grounds Crew Management to assist coaching staff with any specific needs during games. Assist in the overall appearance and maintenance of the field.

High School degree or GED. At least one year of grounds experience preferably in a baseball park, or related field such as landscaping or field maintenance.

Working knowledge of computers and experience in handling money. Experience with Ticketmaster preferred. Must be available to work most games and work flexible hours. Must be able to provide excellent customer service when dealing with the public. Must be dependable and punctual. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Job Description

Assists in the day to day Ticket Operations Department for the Atlanta Braves and SunTrust Park, with emphasis on ticket order fulfillment and distribution.

Major Responsibilities/Activities

  • Assist in managing the rapid and accurate completion of printing / mailing online package tickets, Student Achiever, Kids Club, and accessible ticket orders.
  • Serve as liaison between Client Services department and Ticket Office with ticketing issues that may arise from incomplete information on mailed in orders.

Tour Guide

Job Description

Responsible for conducting daily tours of SunTrust Park. Includes regularly scheduled walk-up tours, school group tours, corporate, non-profit and other groups; and pre-game VIP tours. This is a year-round position with tours being offered seven days a week during the season and six days during the offseason. The majority of shifts fall between 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., except on game days where tours are offered up until game time, and evening special events.
Starting hourly rate $10.00.

Qualifications

Applicants must have excellent communication skills, must work well with children and large groups and must be able to walk and talk for the duration of a one-hour, one-mile tour. Tour guides must be knowledgeable about baseball and the Braves, and be able to learn the tour script.
